I would recommend using http://www.paypal.com for this. Your visitor clicks a linnk, pays the money, and is then sent to a submission page for the link inclusion. This can get pretty in depth, but I would recommend using both PHP and MySQL so that the links can be ordered either ascending or descending new to old, or alphabetically by description etc. There are also some free link exchange scripts that are out on the internet that you can make become payable links through PayPal, etc. Hope this helps
