Can i change from windows vista business to vista home premium?

I think you cannot go back from Business to Home premium. Restoring your pc to factory settings is the only way.
If you will restore your pc to factory settings, the pre-installed stuff and all the drivers will still be there. However, all of your personal settings and extra programs you installed will be lost. But, you can always save them in a memory stick.
