Should you put your eye lier on your waterline or under your eye?
I’ve always put it on my waterline but I was wondering if it’s better for your eyes not to. Is it? Whenever I try to put it on under my eye directly it looks terrible! It’s not to thick or the wrong color, I’m ust not good at putting it on and it always looks messed up and not close enough to my eye so I always put it on my waterline instead. Can somebody give me tips about putting it on under my eye without messing it up?
