Besides sending to the verified address, always use Delivery Confirmation on your package. It is proof that the buyer received it.
There are always ways for scammers to get around the rules no matter what. You could send your phone and do everything correctly only to have the buyer tell PayPal that you sent a different phone. They could stick a cheap $10 back in the box and send it back. Scammers always find a way.
If they have good feedback, (more than 20 positives with no negs), then chances are everything will be fine.
